Sean Sherman, the Sioux Chef, will visit the Montana State University Bozeman campus and will give a public lecture at the MSU SUB Ballrooms on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. He will talk about indigenous food systems, education about those food systems, and restoration of regional Native cuisines, along with other topics.

He will also be teaching MSU students, Montana ProStart students, and MSU and Gallatin College culinary staff and students as they work together to prepare an Indigenous dinner to be served at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11 at MSU's Hannon Hall. 

The dinner benefits Montana ProStart students.  Both the dinner and the lecture are open to the public. Click the following link for tickets.
