Celebrate Montana Teen Driver Safety Day on October 16, 2018! Traffic Education Director Fran Penner-Ray will lead a session entitled "Teen Driver Risks" at the upcoming teacher's conference in Billings on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.  Earn one renewal unit and learn about teen driver risk factors including sleepiness, speeding, not wearing seat belts, and driving distracted. Driving choices impact families, friends and communities.
