The School Finance Division has made revisions to the building reserve major maintenance guidance document issued earlier this year. There is one major change in the document - the MAEFAIRS system is not able to use project reporter codes for the subfund tracking. Therefore, the OPI has added a new field to the building reserve TFS expenditures and revenues screens labeled subfund. Included in the document is instructions on how to report and what information will be required. Please keep in mind this year, districts will be able to upload expenditures and revenues from a csv file which we hope will ease the manual process of completing the TFS report.
