The OPI School Finance Division will be hosting another monthly interactive webinar event on October 25th at 10 am. The topic this month is the ESSA Per Pupil Expenditure Reporting. We will be discussing the latest updates to per pupil expenditure reporting, including the requirements which apply to all districts, the OPI plan, and a period for questions and answers.
What does “interactive webinar event” mean? The meeting will be hosted through GoToMeeting, an online conferencing system. You will need a computer internet connection, a phone line if your computer does not support a microphone, and pre-registration for this event. If your computer audio allows, you can use your microphone and speakers to listen to the webinar or participate and ask questions. If your computer has no microphone, or you do not wish to use your computer audio system, you will need to call into the phone number given to participate or ask questions. We will have different topics and a set agenda for the interactive webinar event each month. The topic of each webinar will change, so please keep your eye on the schedule posted on the School Finance Division website and in the e-mails sent out with the webinar event topic. Don’t worry, if the event is full and demand is high, we will host another webinar with the same topic later in the same month. Mark your calendars, the last Thursday of the month from 10 am to noon we will be hosting a webinar.
