Test Window Aggregate Hours and Count Date Absences Due Today, April 4th

3/21/17 - 4/4/17 Test Window Count: Enrollment, Aggregate Hours & Count Date Absences - This collection absolutely ends April 4, 2017. The Test Window (TW) Enrollment Count Collection is used to collect the Aggregate Hours of Instruction for all students enrolled on the TW count date (March 21st, 2017).  If there were no classes held on 3/21/17, use the next regularly scheduled school day. For further guidance, please see the Test Window Attendance and Aggregate Hours Collection Guide and the Test Window Count Checklist.

Test Window Program Participation Collection Due Next Tuesday, April 11th

3/21/17 - 4/11/17 Test Window Program Participation Collection - This collection absolutely ends April 11, 2017. The Test Window (TW) Program Participation Collection is used to determine student participation in state and federal programs - including Title I, Free/Reduced Meals (FRAM), Limited English Proficient (LEP or EL), Homeless programs, etc. The collection looks at student participation as of March 21st, 2017.  If there were no classes held on 3/21/17, use the next regularly scheduled school day.
