Fall Regional AIM MT Edition New User Training
The OPI AIM staff, in conjunction with Infinite Campus, will be providing trainings at various locations in Montana for district staff new to reporting student data in the AIM system.
» August 9th – Hardin, Hardin High School
» Sept. 18th – Helena, MT Department of Transportation
» Sept. 19th – Glendive, Dawson High School
» Sept. 20th – Billings, Lincoln Center
» Sept. 25th – Missoula, Big Sky High School
These trainings will focus on the basic system functionality including:
- Student Information
- Creating Enrollments
- Records Transfer
- Adding or Modifying User Accounts
- Creating Households
We encourage anyone who is new to using the AIM system in the last year to attend one of these trainings.
Please note that functionality of the special education module
, and more advanced topics (ad hoc, scheduling, attendance, etc.) will not be covered in these new user trainings.
Training times will be from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm with a one hour lunch (on your own).
