If districts change any enrollment data that affects Oct. 2nd after they have done their MAEFAIRS reporting, they need to let their clerk know and make a MAEFAIRS adjustment.  Nica Merala is the MAEFAIRS contact at OPI: or 406-444-4401.

Check for Missing Aggregate Hours and Resync Prior to Importing or Submitting Data into MAEFAIRS

Prior to importing data into MAEFAIRS complete the following steps:

  • Verify you have zero (0) students missing aggregate hours by using the State Published Ad Hoc Report: "Index>Ad HOc Reporting>Filgter Designer>>=State Published>student FALL Missing Aggregate Hours."

  • Resync your data to the state: "Index>System Administration>Data Utilities>Resync State Data>>check the box next to Enrollment>scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Send Reysnc" > Click OK on the Batch Sent Message."

Please Run the Enrollment Overlap Reports

Here are the paths to the reports inside Infinite Campus that help you to see enrollment overlaps:

  • Index> Student Information > Reports > Enrollment Overlap (overlaps within your district) - Be sure to choose a school year and check the box to include same day overlaps.

  • Index> Student Information > Reports > State Enrollment Overlap (overlaps affecting multiple districts) - Be sure to choose a school year and check the box to include same day overlaps.
