Infinite Campus is continuing to work on resolving the interruption of service to the district sites.  Infinite Campus posted a notice on the Campus Community web site yesterday and here is another update from this morning:

Infinite Campus Outages

MORNING UPDATE: September 18, 2018  Last night, we went into full mitigation mode in response to these multiple large-scale DDoS attacks that are continuing to occur.  Most districts are up and running at this time, but may run into latency issues.  

Districts using LDAP may still be experiencing issues.  LDAP ports 636 and 389 have been opened.  If your district is using these ports and are experiencing any LDAP issues, first please clear your local/firewall cache.  If you continue to experience connection problems, please call Campus Support and reference your case number so that we can look at your individual set up to assist you.  If you are using a non-standard port, please also call Support for further assistance in getting your setup added to our whitelist. 

We are experiencing a high volume of cases at this time.  Please don’t hesitate to both submit cases or call, so that we can assist you and see the full scope of issues that are being faced.  We appreciate your patience as we work to get all districts back online and running efficiently.

The OPI AIM staff are still getting a few calls from districts this morning saying they cannot get logged into Infinite Campus.  The OPI AIM staff may be able to log into the district sites from the state level, so it is hard for us to tell which districts are down.  If your district is still experiencing a district-wide outage, please have one person from your district let us know so we can help Infinite Campus pinpoint which districts are still affected and expedite the resolution.  You may contact the OPI by email at OPI AIM Help Desk or by phone at 1-877-424-6681 and 444-3800.

Also, if you are a district that is experiencing an outage and need immediate student information, please don’t hesitate to call the OPI AIM help desk since we may have access to your site, and are glad to help in any way we can.
