Dear Administrators,

The Office of Public Instruction Special Education Division is pleased to continue offering the My Voice Survey to your schools. We know this has been a valuable tool many schools have used, along with the Teacher Voice Survey and Parent Voice Survey.

The location of the surveys changed hands a few weeks ago. Due to this change, we are in the process of contracting with the new survey owner, Quaglia Institute for School Voice and Aspirations, Inc. We must delay access to the surveys until the contract is official.

It is our hope that the surveys will be available by mid-November. The transition will be seamless on the part of past participating schools. Their accounts are “on hold” until we can open them with the new company. The account holders will find all of their stored information, with access to prior data, just as they left it when they last logged into the system.

We are confident that past participants in the surveys, along with those who may be new to the surveys, will experience the same high level of professional quality they are accustomed.

We sincerely apologize for this delay in access and thank you for your understanding.

If you have questions, please contact me at ayoung3@mt.gov or 406-444-0299.
