The AIM system will be unavailable starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, November 10, for a new version update. Infinite Campus projects that sites should be up and operational by early morning on Saturday, November 11.
This update will affect how Progress Reports will be created. In the past, when creating a Progress Report, the Comments box was optional. This is now a mandatory field and the field name has been changed to Data and Description. This field must include current data and description of student performance before you can Save it.
A reminder about Simple Forms. Users are now required to save their forms before they can print them. Once saved, the form is converted into a PDF document and you can highlight it to print it. Once your Simple Form has been saved, you will need to lock the form in order for it to sync up to the state. If forms are not locked, and the student moves to a different district, the form information will not be electronically transferred to the new district.
