For Montana Para-educators
This module is designed to provide a basic introduction to special education and the needs of students who have disabilities. The content consists of introductory material regarding legal and historical foundations of special education, human growth and development, the nature of disabilities, and an introduction to the basic human needs that para-educators must address.
Registration note: We respectfully ask that only Montana para-educators register for this module. It is designed to meet their unique professional development needs. On January 5th, if there are any virtual seats available, registration will open to any Montana educator—certified or non-certified.
