Big Idea #2 - Helping Teachers Build Resilience

Teaching is a difficult profession, as teachers are pulled in many different directions while still trying to remain focused on the children they teach. One way to help manage the challenges of teaching is to build resilience. Instructional coach Elena Aguilar has authored a book and workbook to help teachers build resilience all year long.
