Big Idea #2 - Montana CAST-S 2017 is Available

The Montana Crisis Action Schools Toolkit on Suicide (Montana CAST-S 2017) is available to download from the OPI's Montana Suicide Prevention webpage. There is also information on how to purchase a hard copy version of the kit.

Big Idea #3 - #BeThere

The National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention has combined three suicide prevention campaigns into one #BeThere campaign. Visit their website to find out more about the campaigns and how you can participate.

Extra Idea: Student Assessment Negotiated Rulemaking - Implementation and Policy Change Survey

The Office of Public Instruction (OPI) requests feedback from Montana public schools and accredited nonpublic schools to determine the potential economic impact and implementation impact on the Office of Public Instruction’s proposed amendments to the Administrative Rules for Montana ARM 10.56.101, Student Assessment.  You can read more about the proposed changes and fill out this Implementation and Policy Change survey.  The survey will close on Friday, October 19.
