Big Idea #1 - Upcoming Science Fairs

Registration is open or opening soon for the upcoming science fairs. The top high school winners from these fairs go on to compete at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in May 2019, while the top middle school winners will be nominated to compete at the Broadcom MASTERS competition in October 2019. Big Idea #2 - Earn renewal units while being a camp counselor

The Montana Learning Center is looking for educators to work as camp counselors and instructors for their summer camps. Certified teachers can earn up to 60 OPI renewal units for their work at the camp. The summer camps run Sunday to Thursday, and begin Sunday, July 7, 2019. Big Idea #3 - A fun opportunity for sophomores interested in science

The Museum of Flight's Western Aerospace Scholars program is accepting applications from sophomores to be part of their 2018-19 program. Students can earn five college credits from the University of Washington as part of the program. The deadline to apply for the program is Friday, February 15, 2019.
